Is your houseplant looking unhappy?
Don't fret now because every plant parent faces challenges with their plants. The brown tips, the root rot, the missed waterings, and the over-watering. Don't even get me started on the pests OMG! **insert eye roll* I've been growing plants since 2004 and had up until recently hadn't had anything worse than a fungus gnat! Then all of a sudden about a month ago I had to throw my beloved ivies away because they got spider mites! Seems like they spawned out of nowhere and overnight! So things happen! DO NOT feel ashamed! Plants aren't perfect and neither are we! If you have any questions on how to cheer your plant up I'm here to help you diagnose and revive your struggling green companions together. If your plant is on the decline and you've done all you can for the plant it may be best to throw it away. I know sometimes we feel guilty for throwing plants away but we shouldn't forget that growing houseplants is supposed to be relaxing not stressful. So if a plant is driving you a bit crazy it may be best to part ways with it. Don't forget if you love the plant and really want it in your collection then you can always purchase the plant again! With the knowledge of the first one the second one is sure to thrive!
